Read this section after the tutorial, once you know what a workflow looks like.

Every page here names the source files it quotes, and the build compares each quoted block against those files character by character. If a signature changes and this page doesn’t, the build fails. So the blocks are trustworthy; the prose around them is orientation and can lag.
