Executable vs. preview

Some of what IdentityFlow will do, it already does. Some of it is designed and not built. This page keeps the two apart, and it is the page to trust when another page is vague.

A page in this Preview section exists so you can plan and so nobody has to guess. It is not evidence that anything is available.

How to read it. executable means you can run it today on your own machine. preview means the mechanism exists and you can watch it work, but it is not finished or supported. preview-only means it is described here and nowhere else, because it does not exist. removed means it was considered for this release and dropped — don’t wait for it in 0.2.0.

This block is copied verbatim from the IdentityFlow 0.2.0 workshop release note stored with the repository. It is text, deliberately: it is not read from a package or a running system, so it can only be changed by editing the release note.

Parked examples

Order processing and user registration exist as planning sketches. There is no starter for them and nothing verifies them.

They’re kept because they’re useful for a conversation about scope. They are not examples you can run, and they shouldn’t be demonstrated as if they were.
